BOOKING PROCEDURE :

We require Names & Nationality of all the passengers with minimum 50% advance deposit to hold booking on confirmed basis

Balance/full payment must reach us atleast 70 Days before train tour depart, with full Passport details of all the passengers viz (Passport No./Place of issue/Date of Issue/Date Of Expiry & date of birth)

Bookings request received less than Seventy Days before tour depart, can only be confirmed against receipt of full payment

CANCELLATION RULES :
The Central Ministry of Railways & State Government of Rajasthan have mutually decided the following cancellation rules:
* 10% of total ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee, if written cancellation request is received atleast 90 days prior to train tour departure date.
* 50% of total ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee, if written cancellation request is received between 60 to 90 days prior to train tour depart date
* 100% of total ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee, if written cancellation request is received less than 60 days prior to train tour depart date
* Train tour Bookings are non-endorsable
* Request for postponement of journey are governed by cancellation rules

IMPORTANT :

The Palace On Wheels train tour program may be amended/changed to suit local logistics

The Train Tour will operate, subject to booking of minimum twenty passengers

Disputes(if any) are subject to jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi, India only
